Bookings and estimates

A booking estimate is based on the information supplied, travel and active pricing rules. Additional work requires an accepted quote.

Marketplace work

The booking confirmation identifies how work is fulfilled. Independent contractors remain responsible for carrying out their work safely and professionally.

Approved electrical businesses also agree to the contractor agreement and platform operating rules.

Payments

Card details are handled by the payment provider. Sparky247 stores provider references, amounts and ledger records, not card numbers.
